Helophilus (лат. , от др.-греч. ἕλος «болото», «заливной луг» и φίλος «любитель») — род мух-журчалок из подсемейства Eristalinae, которая использует имитацию пчёл.
Экология и местообитания
Личинки питаются в органически богатых водах. Все виды Helophilus имеют отличительную черту на грудке и поперечную черту на брюшке[1][2].
